- 7 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal 1/4 cup Erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, keto-friendly
- 1 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese to a separate bowl.
- Add almond meal.
- Add erythritol.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form balls and place them on a plate.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until set.
