So I’m the type of person that HAS to eat breakfast in the morning. If I don’t, I’m grouchy, I’m moody and let’s face it, no one wants to be around me. I don’t know if it’s just hunger from not eating overnight or if it’s just that I need energy to get me going. Whatever it is I need it. So when I started working out first thing in the morning I was faced with a dilemma. I’ve been getting up about and hour an half earlier than normal but I don’t want to get up any earlier than I have to but I don’t want to go with out breakfast. I also don’t want to feel sluggish during my morning workout, I need to perform my best, but also, what’s up with this “fasted cardio” thing? I had to do my research. Bottom line, I’m gonna eat. I just have to figure out what and how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
