Without a lot of planning, sticking to a keto diet can be difficult. Having keto snacks on hand all of the time can mean the difference between sticking with it and succumbing to temptation and exiting ketosis.
Being prepared and having those keto snacks ready to grab when you need them is the key to success with keto.
The key to a healthy keto snack is that it’s not only low carb, but also tasty, so you won’t go hungry and you’ll be able to eat keto snacks that you enjoy and even crave.

Avocados are one of the best low carb keto friendly snacks you can eat due to their exceptional quality fat content. They’re also a great grab-and-go keto snack. Season the slices with sea salt or use them to make a delicious guacamole. They’re also low in net carbs, with around 8.5 grams of carbs and nearly 7 grams of fiber in a 3.5-ounce serving.
You can even mix in some cayenne pepper or regular pepper for some extra spice.

When you’re in the mood for a crunchy snack, pork rinds are perfect. Crunch is what I’m looking for!
Pork rinds typically have no carbs and are high in fat and protein. Ideal for keto and other low-carb diets!
You don’t have to stick to the original flavor because they come in a variety of flavors.
When you want something salty and crunchy, cracklings, chicharrones, or pork crisps are a great zero carb option.
Sliced Cucumber – I take a cucumber slice it up and just sprinkle some lemon or lime with salt and pepper. It’s so good! You can also make cucumber boats!
The cucumber seeds can be scooped out and stuffed with cheese and deli meats.
Cherry tomatoes are delicious with a dash of salt and pepper!
This is, without a doubt, my favorite food. It’s the ideal low-carb salty snack that’s great on its own or with a couple of pickles dipped in sour cream for an extra sour kick.

Everything Bagel Celery Sticks
These stuffed celery sticks are a simple but tasty keto-friendly snack that you can make at home before heading out on your next road trip! Simply stuff them into a small Tupperware container and store them. Add an ice pack to your bag if you have one so your celery will last longer than 3 hours. Three to four sticks make up one serving.
Another practical option that you can easily transport. Before you buy, read the ingredient list on the package because many options contain a lot of added sugars, which is bad because sugars equal carbs.

Tuna is one of my favorite foods! Tuna pouches are easy to come by and can be found almost anywhere. These perfectly portioned snacks may also include a small spoon, making them even easier to grab-and-go. You can’t go wrong with so many different flavors to choose from.
